1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened beauty, skincare, haircare, or personal items.
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all returns.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Send clear photos of the item and packaging to our customer care team via email or WhatsApp.
We’ll review and, if approved, arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
3. How to Initiate a Return

Our team will confirm if your item qualifies for return.
Once approved, send the item back to our designated address.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.
4. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you’ll be notified by email or SMS.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days through your original payment method or store credit, depending on your preference.
5. Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different product, size, or variant, please initiate a return and place a new order once the return is approved.
