My name is Manish Sharma and I am in Masai Mara Kenya .I am using Airtel may be from last 12 Years I was in india and using Airtel only then Malawi again Airtel now in Kenya and again Airtel I have both postpaid and prepais numbers and may be I spend almost 10,000KSH every month on calling and for browsing . But now this is my first experience that Airtel do not even able to provide stable network . it will be there for 10 minutes then may be No network for more than 1 hour . we have done a complaint but notjing happen . even before network is there but when we browse it may be 2g or 1g network . I was ok with that because as long as I am using internet in my office browsing does not effect but at least provide network so I can communicate with family in india . or the only option u r leaving with us is to choose SAFARICOM .

I have a line 0737415237 that has been in exitence since the days of celtel.
I got a message that I contact an airtel agent for verification of my details. I did that and went Express Imaging shop where they said they activated the line and asked that I buy airtime which I did for sh 200. I think it was on 10th Sept 2018.
Yesterday I called 0733100100 and a lay called Pauline took my details and promised this would be checked. Today I called and a lady called Violet said you have no airtel in Thika….. No, who is fooling who ? Can somebody confirm that you have no airtel shop in Think ? I went to shop with big airtel sign board called Express Imaging….. Is this a fake shop? Dr. Nyamu

I am the holder of the above reference number 0731934966. For long I have always thought that though I appreciate the services of this service provider (Airtel), I should dispose my line and forget about Airtel for good.Reason? Whenever I load any amount as credit, half of it MUST be slashed even without calling. I use Wi-Fi and the question of me using Bundles is out. I always have the fear of loading more than twenty shillings knowing very well airtel will reap from me what they do not deserve. I could be planning if this does not stop, I will move all my customers and all contacts to another service provider and then pose the question to Communications Authority of Kenya whether you are doing genuine business. You have really disappointed me. Today the same has happened.

I would like to inform airtel that I have got only one airtel number registered under my id card number and any other number registered under my id card number is illegally registered and without my consent
I would therefore request airtel customer care to check for me whether there is any other number registered under my id number as I will not be held responsible for any criminal activity performed by a number registered under my id number illegally and without my consent other than my rightful registered number ie under the id that has registered this number and name
