Finding it a challenge to combine your family, social and working life and remain balanced? Then this is a workshop for you! Mom in Balance Kenya is hosting a Workshop on Friday November 10th in the Capital Club from 5-7 pm called: Be the Best You!

What is it about?

It´s probably one of the biggest challenges: running a family, working hard and finding time to reload. Do you find it challenging to create a good balance? Then we have a unique opportunity for you! Esther van Diepen, founder of Mom in Balance and SHE Performance, is coming to Kenya! Mom in Balance Kenya is offering an inspiring Be the Best You-coaching session specially designed to create a good balance between parenting and an ambitious job.

In this session, you will get tips, tricks, insights and inspirational tools for being healthy and organised in your work and your family life. Taking the first step to feel more balanced and energetic right away.

      On Saturday November 11th we are launching our new concept: Mpower. Mpower is an intensive training that combines challenge, competition and fun and as such boosts body and mind. With professional trainers you will work together with other inspirational women, towards building your physical and mental power. Proper fitness, a strong body and a positive mind-set: exactly what you need to combine work, family and me-time.
      This total body workout is a combination of strength cardio and high intensity exercises that you mostly perform as part of a team in order to keep pushing yourself. This way you can stimulate and challenge each other: who will go the extra mile? Every two months one component will be central to the training, for instance core or buttocks & legs. Will you be able to break your personal record? We challenge you!

      Mpower challenges you to be your best self. Because if you feel good in your body, you are more daring, more capable and have more energy. As such, as a woman with a busy life you will always feel on top of the world. Your world.
