Though there is no one way of making smoothies, I came across an inforgraphic with the foolproof formula for making green smoothies that I thought could come handy for healthy conscious moms like me.
The chart gives 6 groups, each group with different ingredients to choose from. The groups are greens, liquid, fresh fruit, frozen goodies, protein and flavor boosters. You only have to choose one ingredient from each of the groups.
