Obesity is the biggest killer in the world no doubt. From increasing the risk of diabetes, kidney problems, hypertension, cardiac arrest and even amputation, it is the worst lifestyle disease in the world. A condition everyone should be terrified about. But is it a choice?

A good and easy way to keep the calories at bay is to substitute your white bread, rice, and four for the brown ones. The fibre in the brown alternative keeps you fuller for longer and fuels your body to burn more calories. It is also good for your digestive system.

  •  Pack a healthy lunch

One of the places that encourage the packing of pounds is the office. People tend to eat junk food while at their desk and the butt and thighs are the ones that get the beating for it.  Eating healthy at the workplace is one of the best ways of ensuring that you lose the pounds. To deal with this, pack healthy lunch from home . Include an apple or a protein bar for a snack to substitute that candy and chocolate you indulge in. It is not only healthy, your pockets will thank your for it.
