I had imagined that Easy Coach is a company that prides in honesty and care for it’s customers. My call to their Nairobi branch through one Mr. Otienoon 30/6/ 2021 left me very bitter. Just learnt that you can pay for a journey that the company will not make, fail to get a refund and what more left in the mercy of the transport company.
