Discovery family which is channel 50 has changed drastically in terms of it's content. Most of those documentaries that covered certain subjects and were interesting are no longer there….Like those on navy seals training- Meeting the cut. I think you have watered down the content of that channel even after increasing the monthly payment to Ksh 920.

You started well by alluring clients by providing champions league matches on dstv compact for 3,200, you’ve now been taking away some channels silently away from us and now trying to convince us to upgrade band watch matches like Liverpool vs Bayer, matches that before you used transmit on compact, that we were sure we were going to watch on compact. Your now pushing us to watch channels using fibre. You need to do something to return our confidence back to dstv, feeling tricked as a customer of Multichoice.

Kindly I did purchase a Dstv decoder only on 12th Sept 2020. The merchandiser and sales rep guaranteed me the decorder on purchase would come with a package for Access. On Sunday I decided to upgrade the package to family and upon consultation with the merchandiser and the sale rep I was asked to do a top up of the difference of which I did pay 360.00. This being that the Access package was 990 and Family is 1350.00.
It took longer than expected and I reached out to the customer care who informed me that the decorder was sold without the package for Access. I was confused and opted to reach out to my contacts Merchandiser & Sales rep. Upto now am in the dark and cannot even access the Access package just the free to air channels.

Every time i make payment on one account you people post payment on account of your choice not the one i have paid for and when i ask i have always been told that the accounts need to be separated and i have to write email to rectify the anomaly.My question is why must this happen and every time i make payment i indicate the account in respect of payment?
Last month i made payment to a/c 1062187277 and no reconnection was done ,i made call to customer care and they did nothing and for a whole month i didnt watch your channels.
-Today my wife has made payment for the same account 1062187277 and no reconnection has been done.
-Is this the best you can do to your customers as if we need you more than you need us?
-I will not call again for the service to be reconnected its your duty to serve us not to be followed as if we beg you for service.
